Love your channel as usual. I wanted to give you the name of a young nutritionist that has a channel on KZbin. Her name is- Liezyl Jayne STRYDOM and a particular episode is “Wt loss meal prep for women for 1 week in 1 hour”. Don’t think of this as weight loss but rather , of eating like we should eat as humans. On the plan there is fruit vegetables, meats, and good carbs. Of course, vegetables and fruit are carbs but you also get quinoa or rice. I did this because it appealed to me to make all the meals for the week in one hour. But there is weight loss also. In one of your videos, you all mentioned that you Did lose weight and you all both look great but this plan is a great way of eating really healthy and it feels you up. A person is not hungry on this plan. Let me know what you think.
