Just read all the comments and not one person noticed that the platform is completely fixed across all three boards...these large boards need room to expand and contract. Open up the holes with your Dremel tool on either side of the screws (approx 5mm). Tighten just enough to be firm so the boards can still move with the change in humidity and not blow out the screws. The wood will always win my man. 😎

@@mokongtv123 Movement in wood caused by humidity changes is not a theory. It's a scientifically proven fact. Wide boards like that are even more susceptible than narrow boards and especially that board that has been forced in to plane with the rest. If you want to take the risk that the top will crack and split over time then fair enough. Personally, I would have used threaded inserts and M6 or M8 bolts just short of being tight to allow for movement. Not sure edge jointing boards counts as lamination either.

작업 잘 봤습니다. 현재 모션데스크 쓰고 있는데 MDF 필름 책상이라 원목을 가공해서 붙여보려고 하는데 원목 집성한곳에 띠열장없이 바로 피스 박으면 잘 버텨줄까요? 익스텐션 와셔도 아니라서 불안해서 아직 시도해보지 못하고 있습니다. ㅎㅎ

I am new to wood working, I see you force to bent the curve board to be straight and joint to the other two straight boards. I wonder will that curve board break or it will make the other two straight boards become curved after a period of time

I have been doing custom wood working for years and I don't believe they will stay I didn't see how the grain was so I can't tell for sure... on a project like that it should be fine but I wouldn't use that on a high-end piece
