The landscape was taken care of 4 times a week even though the homeowners had not been there in over 4 years. It was just lovely. Especially the roses and tulips had just bloomed! They were everywhere.

Beautiful home and property. Can't imagine the price for a property this large in Atherton. I wonder if prices have changed since the well reported troubles in San Francisco. I hope the city can reclaim its former prestige.

???You're showing only lanscape design instead of the house. The property itself is quite outdated interior design. Gives a 80s-90s vibe. The land might be in demand and boosted by the fact it was previously owned by a notorious ex GOOGLE CEO which is just nonsensical glam for good PR and marketing. Apart from this, there's nothing too special here. Very mundane compared to properties on the market.
