Yeah. The 1986-2001 variant was on ONE disney tape I owned as a kid and that was a compilation of episodes from The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh. The rest were either from the Masterpiece Collection, the later Walt Disney Classics releases, or were from like the early 2000s with the coming soon bumpers that had the blue film reels and ambient music.

I was always horrified of 33:20 as the background scared me, same thing with the castle and the night sky as I'm usually scared of fucking space. I also remember Disney Videos being on one of my teacher's VHS tapes during 6th grade even though WE HAD STREAMING (this was like 2-3 years ago) and one of my older teachers from 2nd grade gave me "The Tigger Movie" on a VHS, which I thanked her for. About 24:58, the pal logo exists in disney uk vhs rentals from 1994-1995 at the time. The pal logo also exists in international 1994 disney vhs's including UK and Saudi Arabia.
