From Season 10 of Walt Disney's Disneyland Anthology program we have Episode 15: Mediterranean Cruise which originally aired on January 19th, 1964. Ludwig von Drake hosts a combination animated and live-action look at several countries that border on the Mediterranean Sea.

42:31 Bravo! Encore! What a magnificent chorus! Oh, that's what I love about the sea. It's all full of natural born singers and composers. That's why there's rhythm in the waves. However, you don't have to go underwater to find music in the ocean. You just have to go to the beach.

Wow! I remember this, especially the Sicilian folk music, from when I watched this episode when I was 9 years old. I was absolutely charmed. Now it's nice to hear the music again.

Thanks for the ride in " Way Back Machine " if only for a while! I always watched his show when I was younger, and the world seemed brighter, peaceful, and limitless to me. Please keep posting these clips from my childhood years on KZbin ! His shows were always entertaining and interesting to sit and enjoy!

This is actually amazing, This episodes with Von Drake where used in Disney Sing Along too and I remember having a lot of fun and laughs with this character, it warms my heart a lot, when I think of my favourite Disney character I always remember Von Drake (and Ichabod 😂)

That mouse ear logo doesn't look familiar to me. Was this from The Disney Channel in another country?

I believe it was the Mickey Mouse Disney Channel logo used in countries such as the UK and Australia.

@@AndrewsMagicandMore I don't know about that. Do those areas use the same TV rating as the US? It also doesn't seem to be suffering from PAL speedup.

@@geekzakidd Australia does have a similar lettering system as the MPAA ratings: G for General Audiences, PG for Parental Guidance etc.; the main difference is that there are 2 "M" ratings in Australia that function as equivalents of MPAA's PG-13 rating: M for Mature, MA15+ for Mature Accompanied.
