As someone who works for a hospital I'll tell you now... just because he has "resolving symptoms" it could easily turn into "he's on a ventilator and not doing well" very quickly. We've had it happen at my hospital, so basically don't pay much attention to what's going on until they confirm he's totally over it.

Within 2 hours a patient went from being stable and responsive to dying.
