Hi, haven't been feeling Beyonce' lately but on behalf of Destiny's Child, their song "Bills bills bills" was referencing boyfriends being irresponsible when using the cars credit cards and phones of their girlfriends accumulating expenses and leaving bills for the girlfriends to pay but they were young just barely 18 and yes it is a little bit of a contradiction. In case anybody didn't know the singer Kandi Burruss wrote the lyrics for that track not the group and I'm guessing the jokes about Left Eye and Whitney Houston didn't age well for some people, still funny.
