Another great video, I watched it at 4 this morning and got up and made them . I didn't use parchment paper. I used my blackstone stainless press. Butter it and twist and slide the spatula in and they slide right off.

My Mom and I are making homemade cinnamon rolls for Christmas... perhaps I will try a few this way, looks amazing, and so quick too!! I went ahead and made Grilled Cheese Burritos for dinner today and it was actually really fun and it worked so well. They came out bomb, so thanks for that one for sure! I also did double decker tacos, so good! Brett mentioned he was 44 in the video, and my next thought was, "Wow, I wonder how old Adam is?" Then a slit second later I was laughing. Thank you so much for watching - we clean the griddle off, and we use oil as well to pull up any leftover foods from the previous cook - we’ve never had. “Leftover” taste. Is this an issue you are having?

Hey Waltwins, I did some of the smashed cinnamon rolls and I noticed that the parchment paper was sticking when some were smashed. I let them cook for a minute or so in the butter then I flipped them and smashed because of the butter on cooked side it did not stick to parchment paper. Maybe this can help someone. Thank you
