How does outside change compare to feather ending in slowfox? (Ofcoures timing is different, but footwork and posture?)

Feather Ending is like Feather Step, but started from Promenade Position. Feather Finish is second part of Reverse Turn. Outside Change (originally Waltz figure) is kind of similar to Feather Finish - both have 3 step and both turn to left. Outside Change starts with left foot back; Feather Finish starts with right foot back.
