Its not always we go for a lawyer. The court will still give the husband custody over the kids by considering the following. 1 when the mother isn't financially stable to support her kids coz nowadays it's 50/50 2.if tabia za mum ziko mbaya i.e like umalaya, ulevi, 3. If the dad has kept the kids in a good environment i.e provision of needs and parental love. In this case Ruth Wa mum would just be granted to see the kids like twice a month
