Allow me to explain a very small part that may clarify a small bit: The law requires you sue the owners and not the insurance please. You sue the owner and the driver as the agent of the owner. The owner then goes to his/her insurance and then the insurance takes over the matter and representation. Many matatus during that time were insured by Invesco which has not been paying decrees. Executing against the govt is also an uphill task. You dont execute against it like normal organisations. Thats why they take forever to pay. I feel so sad maybe the lawyer didnt explain to them properly. Please find out which insurance alafu we see what to do.

That is what I did with one who tried to joke with my mother and his operation licence was taken away from him and we were adviced to report him as an individual. I wonder why these wakili's are paid. There should be a rule stating wakili alipwe pesa yake from the source and the complainant alipwe direct kwa account yao. Some lawyers are rogues.
