WAN port Disconnected please connect an Ethernet cable with Internet connectivit

To solve this problem you go to your Tenda router. Now unplug the internet cable of the Tenda router. Now connect your internet cable to the Tenda router anew. Now fix wan port disconnected please connect an ethernet cable with internet connectivity to the port

It doesn't work but funny thing is one connector always get both ipv4 and ipv6 wile the remainder gets this error. The IP address of that connector doesn't even show in the the site. It's shown as banned.

Bro I dunno if the cause is similar but my issue was similar but I fixed it today so I'm sharing it with you. Just check if your ipv4 and ipv6 works or not. In my case only ipv6 was working. Tell me when possible.
