about my wand (at 8:25), the metal piece is not only also used to cover up the seam in the leather but it's something i added specifically for that purpose. originally i only wanted to do the leather but the seam ended up being way to noticable so i came up with adding the metal piece over it. since i'm good at planning ahead the leather was already glued onto the want at that time, so while it would've looked better if the metal was inserted into the wand like you described, at that point that wasn't really an option anymore :P now there are only two more submissions of mine and you're all caught up, but that may also be due to the fact that i haven't had the time to make a new one in quite a while, hopefully this summer i'll be able to make some more :) greetings from germany, paul ^^

Nice, I love the idea and I totally understand sometimes you’re too far with a design that you can’t go back and undo the things that are already done. Great job though, can’t wait to see the rest

Hey I sent a couple wand photos in a few months ago. Was just curious if you were really backed up with emailed wands to get though or if maybe just didn’t receive the email. Thanks.

I probably did receive it, but yes I’m still in 2020 for submissions, just going through them a few at a time, been trying to make a video a week to try to catch up. The only way that I’ve been skipping them is if the email doesn’t have any images or if the images are very low quality , If you follow all the rules especially the 16 x 9 aspect ratio then you’re more likely to be featured
