At the edge of the map, very deep within the lava area that will both damage the player and blend in?Honestly, that spot was total BS. You'd have an easier time finding a US marine wearing a ghillie suit in Louisiana.

Crit chance actually has the same diminishing returns like damage increase, if you look at it mathematically. It just gives you the opposite impression because it becomes more consistent.

Not necessarily, at least not diving into math. Crit has a finite limit while other damage is infinite. A 10% bonus at 0% is smaller than a 10% bonus when you're at 200% already, while a 4% is still a raw 4% of a 100 limit.

I'll state more clearly that the diminishing returns are far from the same. A 10% damage increase when you already have 100% increased damage is now a 5% damage increase while the crit continues as a flat 4% increase. The difference of 4% crit over a large sample size will always result in 4 out of 100 crits, whether you get it at 1% crit or 96 crit.

First noticed the artifact scroll at 47:25 I’m assuming since the falling star targeted the highest health enemy it was hitting the chest that’s why it was a scroll

It's the first thing I thought of when I saw it, (almost a year ago I think?). He's unironically my favorite. Nowadays I like to join in with random players under the name McTonight. It gets a good laugh out of someone every now and then.

Yeah, kill enemies behind you so you have to circle the whole map to collect exp 2minutes later.

They are by design. The if your weapon attacks what's behind you, you have to always aim it running away. You can't even circle around because your enemies won't be in the attack if it's hitting directly behind you. With this game specifically, you do run - it's not one where you stand and fight aside from a few select builds or endless level 100 plus early levels. The negatives are still heavily apparent as you need to clear in front of you to keep moving while behind you is most irrelevant

I have severe problem with rogue deckbuilders - most of them, if not all, strive to be reduced as much as possible, with Slay the Spire being main offender. Getting your deck bloated is active demerit since there isn't much mechanics that support big decks, and getting small deck with "summon X card" is superior choice since you mill your cards much faster. Every time I played deckbuilders that favour small deck, game after certain point felt extremely stagnant, with boring beginning, where you are trying to get rid of unwanted cards, somewhat exciting middlegame, where the deck becomes online, and endgame, where nothing changes, because adding or removing anything usually brings more harm than help.

If you only want to play vampire survivors the rest of your life, then by all means play that. If you're a normal person that gets bored of games but wants to play similar games, then here you go. If also mostly recomend it for coop. There are better single player horde survival games out there like soulstone survivors
