for diabetics, plz follow this... tell her to drink , bittergourd juice.. white wala leke uska andar ka seeds seperate karo, ginger salt dalke, aur juicer mein dalne ke baad, chalni karke.. uska juice hafte mein 2- 3 baar peena hai... diabetes will reduce in a month!!!
