Marcello...thanks for giving such great value on your channel. I see you bought a few properties...penthouse, lot to build and some homes near parque lleras. Would be great if you could share steps expats should take to buy undervalued properties in the correct areas...like what agents to use...best sites to find properties or can we find foreclosure deals? Is buying a lot and building a better investment or is it better buying a fixer upper...finca? What are your thoughts or if you could do a video detailing how you found these properties and how to go about putting them under contract...any help would be greatly appreciated. Have a great week.

2011 to 2019 is 8 years I try to get there every year since 2005, but it is hard for me to move there, because I have a horse farm in Florida, but I have been all over Colombia, but I love Antioquia and I have to most small town there I only go to the city some days, but next time I will climb cerro tusa , Bert

I've now been to Medellin a few times. It's one of my favorite cities. My only question is would be, is it easy for US citizens to buy property there? I was thinking of buying a condo. There is so many buildings going up there. .I've done online teaching of English. I'm retired from regular work. so I have a nice retirement income.

Marcello, una pregunta brother - I am moving to Medellin to daytrade. As you said, right now is a great time to buy with the dollar being strong. On the other hand, if I am renting say at 3M pesos (around $900 dollars), if the price later goes back to 1800-1 CBP to USD, would that mean that I would now be paying the equivalent of $1800 dollars instead of $900 with the change. I asked other people and they have varying answers. Some say you don't notice it because everything is set on the dollar and others say it might. Thanks for all the help, Marcello. JFG

That is a beautiful area Marcello. I stayed in an apartment on the beach in San Diego a long time ago and the sound of the surf that everyone says is soothing kept me awake. That river is loud! Lol. Did you come from the U.S. or Europe? I watched one video recently and they bitched up a storm about how rude and inconsiderate and nosy the Colombians are. How do you find them? No water on that property with the trees? Are you allowed to put in wells in that area? What a great video Marcello!
