To be fair, we would give you credit for the utility bay heater....but we need to see evidence of "first use". I am the GM of Dynamax, and we started using utility bay heaters in Canadream RV rentals (they use them in ski season), around 2005 when I was still at our Sunseeker Class C division. If your use, predates that, I will gladly cite Wandering Wagners with some inspirational credit ;) PS: I also agree with the nightstand comment. My wife was very upset with that set up, She pulls the drawer out and uses that. It was supposed to have been corrected.

Well, in all fairness this is America🇺🇸😂 We can't recall ever seeing a RV with an actual heater in it until this show and we've owned 10 RVs over the last 18 years and love to look at RVs just for fun. Most RVs manufacturers will either have the dump bay open to the outside/ground, some will have a vent from the furnace (like our current motorhome had when we purchased it) which doesn't do anything. Some might have tank heaters instead but we added the space heater in ours and then many other owners followed suit and did the same. Granted our heater is better quality and larger in size to the one in this RV in the video. Overall we are happy to see RV mfg finally going the extra mile and adding heaters, knowing that not everyone only uses their RVs in above freezing temps. When did dynamax start adding the space heaters to their commercial, US, super C's? Just curious and appreciate the fun comment from you guys! 😁 Not many RV mfg would take the time to do that!👏🏻👏🏻 We can't even get Nexus to comment on our videos LOL Hopefully the nightstand issue is corrected in the future😊 overall nice rig!

@@WanderingWagners 2018, is when we first started with the Xplorer package (aux heater) on our Isata 5 Series. Prior to that, we used the Aquahot system that has a dedicated ""heat exchanger" and thermostat for the utility bay. We have been doing that since 2011-ish? We are exploring other aux heater options. The issue is, we designed this to be "off grid", so we wanted to stay 12V native. There are FAR more options that are 120V....but the goal was to be able to use it without the need for an inverter when dry camping. We are currently testing a few other models more designed for the marine space. I have a picture we took on a ski trip, using an aux heater (at the time, it was engine coolant line based) around 2008. That trip was the inspiration for the Xplorer package that Dynamax builds today. We went from ski hill to ski hill in single digits at night, teens during the day. Complete boondocking, no power cord and just the water we brought with us. We could go out for 4-5 days with no issues. Keep up the good work. I sent the video to my engineers, so they don't think I am the only one complaining about certain things. Unlike most GM's, I use every single new model we build, for at least a weekend, but in most cases a week. I just need to figure out how to make that my full time job :)

Nice show. Thanks for taking us along. We went about two weeks ago to our local RV show, and it was OK. One dealer brought mostly bunkhouse units. Sorry, I'm not a fan of them. It is just the two of us, but we did some units we liked.

Our bay was also considered heated when we bought it... It had a vent from the furnace that did Jack. The heater we added is better than the one they have in this dynamax

Much love you guys. I did not like any of them or the price 😮All had small bathrooms and no space you just a longer hallway and a bigger refrigerator. I live at a campground in a 18'' Pioneer I paid $11,000 for all I need for me and my dog Hammer. Have a Queen bed had bunk beds took the top one out opened up space. Then took half of the Deneys booth out😂and have real chairs. If I want to move it or go some where for a trip I can rent a truck for many times over for what it cost to buy one. Just some tips for Folks that don't have much to spend. My cost of living food drank rent and all is around $1,000 a month. And loving life😊

BUT that show really didn't have anything good. At best you saw Super C's that might be close to equal to yours but most were inferior. I would think your next step would be something on an M2 or Cascadia chassis, or maybe even just the S2RV Freightliner. I know, I know. $$$$$$. I just went to a similar sized show out here in Massachusetts and it was worthless. Sucks that I'll have to travel so far to see the kinds of Super C's that I want. I guess there's always Hershey.

We aren't really shopping for us and we were helping a friend look at new RVs. This show has a lot of variety for being quite small in comparison to other cities RV shows. Now, if you're shopping to buy and you know your want to see only big motorhomes of certain brands, then yeah you'll have to travel to a bigger show to see what you want to see. We won't buy an RV that won't fit in our attached garage😎 haha

It always amazes me these RV shows are put on by Rv dealers and then your charged to get in then pay to park they’re selling but have to pay to look, the dealers should cover the expense. Just saying
@amypletcher441110 ай бұрын
All types of shows like this rather a home and garden show or a boat, atv or rv show, these places charge for parking and admission price. Crazy but that is how they get you in.
@WanderingWagners10 ай бұрын
The parking is the convention centers or street parking (pay anywhere in a city to park) not RV dealers. The RV dealers have to pay the convention center to attend so everyone is trying to make money. However, Toledo does have A 100% FREE fall outdoor show that is just as good! Free unless you buy a RV🤣
@amypletcher441110 ай бұрын
@WanderingWagners yeap. 😂 Same here in Franklin County, Columbus, when the host the Garden and home shows and rv boat and atv ones. Never been to one there they don't charge to park. However, we have fairs, and there is a charge to park but not a charge to get into those. The cost is on rides and buying food and stuff from the booths!!
