Are the things in the hotel really for free? Normally, hotels wants a lot of money for they things. I also didn't know they would give free skin care...

The skincare was included in their autumn package (limited time offer). The amenities inside of the hotel, like coffee, water, and tea, are also free. But there are some extras that are not for free (items that have stickers on them). There's also a separate price list for them. 😊😊
