Wang Jam - Carolina Reaper & Scotch Bonnet Sauce

This is a colab sauce between Bristol's very own Dead Wingers and Karyo band's Satan's Gravy. In essence, it's a Reaper & Scotch Bonnet chilli jam crossed with a chilli sauce and we just had to try it with wings!
