this show is literally just initial d but if it took place on highways instead of mountains. They even have the constant parade of r32's spinning out and crashing! Also how do you crash at nothing? Maybe being cocky and trying to overtake but bro its a straight line, the turns shuoldnt even be that hard because you just let go of the gas and turn slightly. You start spinning out you slam on the gas and countersteer. Or alteast thats as far as I know with sim racing

Rézmann Krisztián at 200+ mph on a public road. NASCAR is so boring because it’s cookie cutter cars with cookie cutter drivers on cookie cutter tracks. There’s no variation or interesting stuff, it’s just the same. But in Wangan racing it’s so cool because the cars differ wildly from each other, and the drivers have different skill sets and styles. All on a public highway. Admittedly it’s not as “cool” as Initial D touge racing, but it’s just as dangerous and the stakes are just as high. To me, it’s just as cool and intense watching two cars fly by you on the highway at 200 mph as watching a car drift through a corner inches from the guardrail. It’s not just going in a straight line. They must ultimately corner at ~160 mph as well. It takes incredible skill and instincts to safely handle a car at those speeds, especially on the highway. “People who think top speed racing is just finding a long straight and flooring it until you can’t go any faster will never truly understand this field of racing.”
