What a beautiful heart felt translation of this divine teaching Long life for Lama Wangdor Rinpoche for the benefit of all sentient beings. By the power of the ocean like infallible Refuges. May Lama Wangdor Rinpoches lotus feet remain indestructible and stable for a hundred eons and may He accomplish all His vast wishes for the doctrine and beings. 🙏🏻❤️🌈

Massive respect to Lama Lena for translating some of these questions. I'd have struggled to encapsulate them in English, never mind in another language altogether!

Best response ever from Lama Lena: "You must first learn meditation, before moving past meditation.

Isn't she just great! i love to see a human life that found "itself". She is so fully herself and she put a lot into creating the conditions for that to occur. She's a gem.

We met in S.F., 2001. I States at Lena Joy and Niondos. Thank you, Wongdor. Im born at a (CUB) SQUIRE year 1971. Thats 100 years of California University at Berkeley's squandering from We, the People. They dont listen to societies on the same wires in the State of California, much less the People of the United States. WRONG DOOR. The entire tour was a problem plan. It killed my mom (Grace) with grief.

Lena, I want to learn Tibetan I tried to learn how to read it a while back got passed the main pronounciations but got discouraged becuase or the 3 layers and the fact that some words are pronounced the same of 3 different words with different spelling for example. Can you please suggest the best way to learn Tibetan? Was there a school you went to learn it or can you suggest how to learn it as self taught method if that was your approaches. I don’t know what would be the best way to learn it.
