This is a true story that happend to me *warning! If you can't handle weird or scary things, stop reading* So, when I was in grade 6, there was this thing going around in our school. It was about a women "Mary Jones" she was an old women that used to live on our neighborhood. Unfortunately she died. Everyone was chatting and gossiping that she will curse anyone who goes to her grave. Now let me give u a little background info of who she was. I can't go too deep because that would not be good, basically all I can say is that she wasn't a good women. Everyone used to be scared of her. She had been acting weirdly ever since her husband died. She would usually act creepy. One moment in my life that I never forget is when once me and my friends were playing and she appeared and started at us, we greeted her however she just stood there. Just staring. A shiver went down my spine. Suddenly she started bitting her nails till they broke and started to bleed. I remember she started to mutter some words . For some reason I remember exactly what she said. She said "Look Will, I'm doing it". I was scared. And that was because her husband, William or will was already dead. Who was she talking to? Anyhow, me and my friend ran away because we got too scared. Some months later she died. She had died from cancer . I felt bad for her and I thought she was going through a hard time because her husband died. Some time later, rumors started to spread about her. Everyone said that if u go to her grave , she will curse you. It sounded ridiculous to me. How could anyone say such things about that women? Little did I know, I was wrong. Very wrong. One day me and my friends Liza, Kelly, Kenzie, Jacob and Mark were bored. Mark said "Hey guys have u heard about the new curse going on in our neighborhood?" Pff a curse. Yea right I thought to myself . Jacob said we should go there to test it out. Sure I guess I'm bored anyways. We all insisted. So, I told my parents I was gonna go outside and all 5 of us went outside. It wasn't a huge distance from my house to the grave yard. We went there and I felt weird. I was scared. However being a dumb middle schooler I decided to not tell anyone. We found the grave that said "Mary Jones" Kenzie said that if u say Her husband, Williams name you will hear weeping. Sure I guess hah. So we all held hands and said repeated his name a few times. And to our surprise. Nothing happened. I told you! I said to them. Suddenly we heard weeping. And then it stopped. We all stood there. Just in shock. After that, we heard nothing but silence. And then...A loud, No, A very loud scream. We all ran as fast as we could and after that something even more weird happened . We decided not to tell anyone. The next day, when I was walking to school I saw a poster that said Missing "Kelly Clarkson" I stood in fear. She was my friend. My friend that indeed went to the graveyard with me. when I entered the classroom everyone was talking about Mary Jones and every one said that Mary Jones took her. After that I got terrible dreams of That old women. Thankfully, my friend was found. Weird part is, she never told anyone what happened and she only said that she went to play. I soon moved out of that neighborhood after a years but people always went missing one day or another. Some say it's a ghost. The others say that it is a made up story. And some say that it is a person who uses that sorry to kidnap people . I guess we will never know.
