Bhai ham bhi Raw food par aa rahe hai dhire dhire aur mujhe bahut achhi aati hai andar se. Mai morning me fruit juice 4,5 glass, Dopahar ke time 3-4types fruites, aur raat ko only salad par hi rahta hu aur apse sach bata raha hu man andar se bahut prasann rahta hai. Very thanks Dr.NK Sharma ji🙏🙏🎉🎉🎉

Sab adat ki baat hain. Hamein sirf tab akal ati hai jab hum khud ya hamara koi pyara bimari se marne lagta hai. 50 ki age ane tak majority logon ke sharir mein bahut nuksan ho chuka hota hai. Ache se jeena hai to inki baton par akal karo.

Respected Dr. Allopathic Drs advise diabetics not to have fruits as fructose goes to liver without need of insulin but HbA1c test will be high and keep you diabetic. What is the solution to reverse diabetes. Your suggestion of avoiding grains is understandable but you too recommend fruits. Advise. Thanks
