Working out of the kitchen at the newly opened Katsu Burger restaurant in the Lacey Downs Plaza on Nov. 6, 2024 company media and operations director Christopher Potter cooks up a customer favorite, a two-handed sized Ohayou Gozaimasu burger. Operated by co-owners Jay Jung and Isabell Shin the restaurant joins several other Katsu Burger locations the Seattle area and specialize in fusing Japanese and American tastes with hand-formed, miso seasoned Japanese breaded patties that are sized for Unites States appetites. The menu also lists a variety of sides, desserts and drinks with a definitely Asian flair.
