Looking for ways to be more creative, have better ideas, relieve stress/anxiety and gain a little more mental clarity/self-awareness? I highly recommend getting outside in the fresh air and getting the blood flowing and sweat going for 45 mins to an hour a day. No distractions, no phone, no music, just you. Listen to the ambient sound around you. Feel the air on your skin. Watch the sun rise. Be fully present. Push everything out of your mind and make room for those ideas and creativity to pour in. This is how I come up with all my best ideas. For shirts, businesses, solutions to problems and direction I need to go. You don’t have to run. You can walk, ride your bike, roller blade, whatever you’re into. It’s worth giving a try.
