The pronunciation of "只" and "支" are same (pin yin: "zhi"), but the articles are different.

xiang is softer, similar to "I'd like" When asked in a cafe, your reply could be "I want a coffee" or "I'd like a coffee" please, both mean you "want" a coffee but like is softer

Basir Khan In fact, she makes learning Chinese easier than other teachers here in KZbin. She teaches Chinese by explaining useful sentences, she uses literal translations to help us to understand the correspondence between words in both languages, and she speaks clearly. However, it would be nice if she could say the examples in Chinese a little bit slower, if she could underline the verbs that are formed with two characters so we can notice that they make one single verb, and if she could teach more examples with different vocabulary. But the lessons are excellent anyway and all the above you can do it yourself.
