after doing a grab, give 'm 2 punches, do a jump over them and then toss 'm to the ground, this does a ton of damage and you often hit other mobs if they try to hit you from behind. You can also land safely on your feet if you have been thrown by holding up and jump just before you land. You can use the holes in the levels to throw enemies in to. If you want to jump kick a lot, use adam or Blaze instead, their jump kick is a lot better.
