Fun fact: I actually got here after going through talk therapy (she worked with people that had gone through severe trauma) inner child healing, researching trauma therapies and the subconscious mind. After all that, manifesting actually made more sense because I noticed that everything that I went through always pointed back to to finding correlations between my initial programming and how it manifests into your life when your older, and how the subconscious mind is key to changing those feelings and beliefs.

Dear Mary Kate. I came across this by accident. I think it might be divine timing. I tried this to alter my limiting belief that I'll always struggle financially. Writing down my limiting beliefs about money and why I don't deserve to have enough money, then crossing it all out on the paper I wrote it down on, instantly changed my perspective. Without even giving it any thought, I felt more calm, lighter (as if some burden had magically been lifted from my life), as the words 'I can and deserve to be wealthy', just popped into my head!. I certainly didn't expect this!. But I'm very excited about this and for some reason, expect a large sum of money to be deposited into my bank account even though I don't know how or why. I certainly believe in the power of positive thinking!. Thank you so much. You're an angel!.
