At around 2:33, when they start discussing the song two chords at a time, the chords in the transcription read Cm7 F7 to Dm7 C7. I'm not very good with my ears so its hard for me to tell the difference but isn't rhythm changes Dm7 G7 to Cm7 F7? Basically flipping it around when compared to what's written in the transcription?

You are correct, the first two chords should be Bb6 to Gm7 and the following ones should be Cm7 to F7. My mistake, sorry!
