Thank you! You opened my eyes to scripture that in the past never stuck out when reading. It hit home. Thank you, good sir. May God continue to bless you richly.

Tough to overcome when you are in your late 50s and only 3 years into your journey, I had peace and joy initially and then I lost it all when I started reading the Bible and asking people for clarification on what I was reading and you tube just brought major confusion to me, I constantly pray for clarification and truth and for some reason I keep falling deeper in the hole I have dug for myself, very discouraging and I am in a constant state of turmoil , I keep saying I am going to trust in God to bring out but apparently I am not doing that, if spiritual warfare is true I am in the middle of it now , finding it very hard to trust anything man tells me about the Bible

Sounds like you might be beating yourself up. The Holy Spirit is within you to help you grow. Focus on how God saved you despite you 😂 just like He did for me, He made us new people in Christ spiritually. It was His grace all the way because He loves us so much and will ever be Grace shown by the cross. Rely on His love and grace, the Holy Spirit is within you to persuade you of His truth. Fix your eyes on Jesus, He's the author AND finisher of your faith. Give thanks for what He has done and will do. And relax. Too often we put pressure on ourselves to grow. But it's a marathon, not a sprint. He has it all planned out so trust Him to guide you.
