Very interesting video. I like to repair electronics. I have the same machine the charger can fully charge the batteries ( i have checked the batteries voltage) but once i try to turn it on the battery level indicator flashes as low battery and the vacuum doesn't work

I have same issue. MOSFET has short but cant decode what part it is to replace ? All I can see on it, is NFJ28 B10 45G and cant find anything like that online. Can anyone help ?

Mosfet can be replaced with other type which is height voltage range with the same packaging.

B10 45G is not Mosfet, it's Diode ,there is no short on it

I think any npn mosfet witch the tolerant voltage is below 24v will be OK

Hi having some issues with Bosh. When I checked battery 3 of them were gone. So after replacing them. I still have some problem I'm not getting any voltage to the engine. Any idea what can be wrong is not charging ether. Thanks

well，another two parts you need to check：micro contoller and battery management chip，better use ocilliscope to checke the signal between them which is i2c communication

Hello,in fact i finally fount it was short between the G-S of the mosfet,i have replaced it with the same type..

Hello, my battery is running for 3 minutes at full speed, and I want to bypass the battery with a surce 25v 10A (by cable). Can you tell me, how can I do this and not damage the PCB. If I cut all battery-PCB wire and then solder + and - from the surce is OK ? Thank You!

Hi,i I advise you not to plug in the battery directly,the battery management chip detects every voltage in the seven cells,You need to use the welder separately for each 18650 in parallel with a new cell

hello bro，there are 7 battery cells inside of it,and if any one of them is faulty,maybe low voltage or can’t be charged ,the battery management ic will transfer the error data to cpu and show the low battery flashing,so you need to check voltage of every battery and make sure it is above 3.7v at least.

The failures with Bosch Zoo'o I have: 1. 0.4W no charging (charger and 9 batteries are Ok) 2. turn it on the battery level indicator flashes as low battery and the vacuum doesn't work . I Checked the back of mainboard that are 7812 regulator and B085BM diode (not MOSFET). Does anyone solve it?

Hei Popcornyamy, did you find a solution? I have save problem. Its don't charning even batteries ar fully charged. When I plug a charging cable the leds turn off but if you try turn on only on batteries light are blinking. So what to do? Thank you
