I owned a Toll Bros house in MD and it was total junk for $650k. Terrible insulation, cold in the winter, hot in summer. Looked amazing, but so badly made. Make sure you visit when the house is in mid build status so you can see what is really underneath all the glitz and staged furniture.
@Thisishard2333 Жыл бұрын
You would think as a premier builder you would understand every aspect of what you are building. I also spent $650,000 and they put the heat pump right outside the wall where the headboard of my bed is. So I wake up every time the heat pump comes on

My family & I plan to move to Houston within the next 3 years. Your videos have been a tremendous help with deciding which builder to choose. The J. Patrick Milan Home is absolutely breathtaking. This has now became my new favorite home. I look forward to seeing more work by J. Patrick. Thank you again for all of your hard-work & dedication.

Sienna/Missouri City is also very diverse. Racial make up is 40% Black, 30% White, 20% Asian, 10% Other Some families look for this and its important to note. Many want the luxury living, but almost often its always an area that lacks diversity and usually majority white. So those looking for a very diverse area and luxury, this is really it.
@FRANKTMD Жыл бұрын
Lived in the Houston area less than 10 years ago , there are pods of ethnicities. No full sense of diversity as you would see in large developed cities around the world. Hope this has changed but even among Hispanics they would have different pods unless couples were multinational or interracial. People were friendly just not social.

While the video is beautifully done to showcase the amazing features and design of the homes. I am a fan of Toll Brothers - quality build... BUT the land is tainted to me - location matters...The Sienna Plantation and surrounding land is said to have been was owned by a infamous slaver owner, named John Waters. It is also said to still have an original building built/housed slaves. As a local Realtor, I will not take part in the sales of this area. #CloseWithTiff its beautiful though. Good luck!

As a Black man, local Realtor and Sienna home owner. It’s very important that you should know that it’s no longer called SIENNA PLANTATION. If your a local realtor, you should know its just called Sienna. I will agree with you, Sienna was home to thousands of black slaves 100’s of years ago, but then again what part of Houston wasn’t? Most land in Texas has been passed through many owners and tells many stories. Today’s Sienna is modern, very diversified and home to many humans. Stop making everything about race and color. As a member of HAR & NAR it’s your job and Oath to sell houses where ever your clients choose to live, but don’t talk indecent about another community base on past facts and STEER potential clients away from Sienna based off your personal feelings. It’s not professional. Both of my Kids are thriving in the top rated 6A schools in Sienna, making the NHS and GT society. Sienna is a wonderful Johnson Development Community, and has done an amazing job building its future and turning away from what the original owners and family did or owned back then. And the original house in which you referred to has been torn down decades ago. Your comments are wrong and should not spread false information. 90% of siennas identify from those old days has been changed, only thing remains are the beautiful trees and land that is being developed.
