When a young woman disappears in a small town in Washington, officers suspect foul play and launch a nationwide manhunt to find Darren Dee O'Neall, the sadistic sexual predator. As the FBI's investigation continues they discover his multiple identities and his other victims across the Pacific Northwest. The FBI place him on the '10 Most Wanted List' and launch a nationwide manhunt to track the serial killer who is a master of disguise.
The FBI Files is an American television docudrama series. Each episode describes actual FBI cases which include murder, narcotics, bank robberies, and kidnapping as well as other crimes. These are portrayed through dramatic reenactments and interviews with agents and forensic scientists who worked on the investigations.

Thats what i was saying from the jump! "What is with these people?!" The first case seemed like a bunch of degenerates who really shouldn't have expected any better of an outcome judging by their actions and the situations they put themselves in. It's still horrible that it can happen but it Can happen.

Almost equally disconnected is the assertion that, with disappearance, previous crimes, bloody garments, wires of appliances taken, jumping back seats, phony ID and more,…murder charges don’t automatically suggest itself. That, to do such requires some lab bench procedures is goofy as the guy trusting, apparently wrongly, his beloved to be faithful prior to vows and marriage. Some people…

I always marvel at the courage of certain women, some of them very young. Heidi is my hero. She is the type of human that sets an example of what we all need to strive for. I am a man in his sixties who is no yuppy wuss myself but that's how high in regard I hold this woman. As for the actor that played O'Neil, my god, what a mean looking guy. Props to him.

A totally devastating story. The reproduction of the story - seemingly including real participants and actors - is astonishing. I would say many of the actors come off more real than even the original people. The chain of participants to eventually catch this terrible killer is presented with a detail that overwhelms me. Sure, this is an "FBI" story, but really it spends most of it's time meticulously tracking and saluting a chain of " everyday " workers all forming the foundation for finding this terrible killer and abuser. Finally, the young lady that was raped - her real voice recounting years later - comes off as one of the most exceptional and intelligent people that the human race can produce. I also want to thank all involved in the production of this documentary and the head of production. I find this story a testament to everyone - real and involved - and those reproducing, crafting and telling the story. god bless us all.

Those are labels on the police's records. The fugitive is suspected of kidnapping until his case is escalated to murder - based on the sequence of evidence they find. This is done so the police can allocate enough resources and manpower to go after him. They first issue a warrant with the charges but to physically "charge" someone they have to first catch him.

"I would do it [study UFOs], but before agreeing to do it, we must insist upon full access to discs recovered. For instance, in the L.A. case, the Army grabbed it and would not let us have it for cursory examination." J. I’ve got all the men out here with their weapons drawn.” We lost between 16-18 ICBMs (nuclear tipped Inter Continental Ballistic Missiles) at the same time UFOs were in the area… (A high-ranking Air Force officer) said, “Stop the investigation; do no more on this and do not write a final report. I heard that many of the guards that reported the incident were sent off to Vietnam." Captain Robert Salas, USAF, during a videotaped interview for the Disclosure program. "A few insiders know the truth...and are studying the bodies that have been discovered." -Dr. Edgar Mitchell Apollo 14..the 6th NASA employee to walk on the Moon. "Maximum security exists concerning the subject of UFOs.” CIA Director, Allen Dulles, 1955. "It's still classified above Top Secret." - Senator Barry Goldwater, 1975 “Behind the scenes, high-ranking Air Force officers are soberly concerned about UFOs. But through official secrecy and ridicule, many citizens are led to believe that unknown flying objects are nonsense.” Former CIA Director, Roscoe Hillenkoetter, public statement, 1960. “We’ll know our disinformation program is complete when everything the American public believes is false” -William Casey, CIA director, 1981 “Yes, there have been ET visitations. There have been crashed craft. There have been material and bodies recovered. There has been a certain amount of reverse engineering that has allowed some of these craft, or some components, to be duplicated. And there is some group of people that may or may not be associated with the government at this point that have this knowledge. They have been attempting to conceal this knowledge. People in high level government have very little, if any, valid information about this. It has been the subject of disinformation in order to deflect attention and create confusion so the truth doesn’t come out. ” ― Edgar D. Mitchell, The Way of the Explorer: An Apollo Astronaut's Journey Through the Material and Mystical World AFFIDAVIT (1) My name is Thomas Jefferson Dubose (2) My address is: XXXXXXXXXX (3) I retired from the U.S. Air force in 1959 with the rank of Brigadier General. (4) In July 1947, I was stationed at Fort Worth Army Air Field [later Carswell Air Force Base] in Fort Worth, Texas. I served as Chief of Staff to Major General Roger Ramey, Commander, Eighth Air Force. I had the rank of Colonel. (5) In early July, I received a phone call from Maj. Gen. Clements McMullen, Deputy Commander, Strategic Air Command. He asked what we knew about the object which had been recovered outside Roswell, New Mexico, as reported in the press. I called Col. William Blanchard, Commander of the Roswell Army Air Field, and directed him to send the material in a sealed container to me at Fort Worth. I so informed Maj. Gen. McMullen. (6) After the plane from Roswell arrived with the material, I asked the Base Commander, Col. Al Clark, to take possession of the material and to personally transport it in a B-26 to Maj. Gen. McMullen in Washington, D.C. I notified Maj. Gen. McMullen, and he told me he would send the material by personal courier on his plane to Benjamin Chidlaw, Commanding General of the Air Material Command at Wright Field [later Wright Patterson AFB]. The entire operation was conducted under the strictest secrecy. (7) The material shown in the photographs taken in Maj. Gen. Ramey’s office was a weather balloon. The weather balloon explanation for the material was a cover story to divert the attention of the press. (8) I have not been paid or given anything of value to make this statement, which is the truth to the best of my recollection. Signed: T. J. Dubose Date: 9/16/91 Signature witnessed by: Linda R. Split Notary Public, State of Florida "There exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism, and the ability to pursue its own ideas of national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself. “ - Daniel Inouye Senate Select Committee on Secret Military Assistance to Iran and the Nicaraguan Opposition (Iran-Contra hearings) (1987) REMOTE VIEWING (a technique developed by our CIA and Stanford Research Institute) PER FARSIGHT INSTITUTE data suggests...Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven... AND..As the Quran has it, Prophet Muhammad took a night trip to heaven aboard a trusty winged pony-horse-mule-ish creature called Buraq... Many other topics begin to make sense.. It has been said that after President Carter was finally briefed on the et reality, he was deeply upset. For several weeks.. MEANINGFUL congressional hearings, ala the Watergate hearings, including aerospace/defense contractors and others such as Bob Lazar, Andrew Basiago and Vice Admiral Thomas R. Wilson must be held to address a vital issue that transcends politics and we will never properly advance until it happens: The 75+yr ongoing-constitutionally illegal, EXTRATERRESTRIAL and associated TIME TRAVEL cover-ups. It would also be nice to know what the results of the many years/projects involving the back-engineering of recovered "vehicles" are. Who has been footing the bill for that? How can we truly believe anything our elected officials say? The longer an "official" disclosure is delayed...the more disruptive it could be. The general public is waiting to be given permission to believe...to know.

Man, today you gotta have an address, phone number, email account. But things were souch easier and people were a whole lot cooler. There is no way I would hitch today.

why would you let your fiance alone in a party just to go fishing? why would you allow a girl in your house alone with a man who isn't her fiance for 24h? why would you not worry that a woman who came in your house party be having a long conversation with someone else instead of you the host (no welfare check)? why would you stay in a party and let your future husband to be go home alone? why wouldn't you ask your host to drop you home? I know some people have that unwise education where in their minds they will say: - they are grown people - don't victim blaming - if she decided to stay talking longer and let this future bride be left alone in a stranger house that none of your business. common sense has lost its meaning with this generation. Those are the mistake that most choose to ignore because you think it's normal adult mature non of your business behaviour. remember that this may happen to any of you when you choose to do this type of non of your business, I'm an adult careless life because for what I have seen they're many potential criminal who haven't unlocked there beast mode and are your peaceful entourage you enjoy your daily mistake making. I'm not asking people to be an hysterical alert all the time but be more wise and mature on your decision making because it's more preventive.

I am also a framer, now Superintendent and agree that the only $200 hammers i have ever seen in person are Stilettos lol. Strangely we both have the name Marc with a "c" as well. In this case tho i think he said the guy was working in a garage/shop so maybe some fancy hammer for doing body work or something? Not sure man. Dude was quick to notice it missing though, so it was definitely a special high dollar hammer of some sort IMO. Anyway, best wishes my brother from a fellow Marc. Hello Kerr, Why not change your mania for some new exciting subject? For example the biographies of outstanding individuals overcoming difficult obstacles, winning over themselves, doing good, worthwhile deeds? I have watched a number of horrible cases of various kinds, and sense that they impact me negatively, I feel tense, discouraged, sad, down, in comparison with uplifting documentaries that strengthen me and give positive input. We are more influenced by what we see and hear than we know.

Anyone who leaves a friend with an unknown weirdo by themselves is partly at fault for what happens. I know, I know, they'll start yelling "I'm not my brother/sister's keeper"... Young ladies need to be taught to be intimately familiar with the defensive use and operation of handguns and they need to have access to them. Also they need to be trained to not hesitate to defend themselves. I'll take a dead perv any day over having to see another "young lady has disappeared" notice.
