This section of the canal lacks bins and it would just take me ages and a lot of effeort to move all this rubbish out from it; but thanks to ol' limey, It was a lot easier!! :D

That was a huge amount of trash. I hope it will take a while to get back to that level! I liked how you used the bike on this one, but stopped and did thorough cleanings. I agree with everyone else, get a pull wagon if you're walking and a small bike trailer if you're biking. It's worth the investment.

I think you need one bigger basket for front of the bike or one double tires small trailer to placed to back of the bike to fit and carry your big bags. Kind regards and thank you very much for your dedication on nature and keep to environment clean.

That was nice that the canal trust people recognized and thanked you. I am assuming that little bag that you highlighted by the fence was dog poop. It never fails to amaze me that people will bag their dog’s poop and then litter the bag. 🤬. Your rendition of “We Didn’t Start the Fire” made me laugh. 😄

It was this guy's empty beer can. I only highlighted it because it annoyed me at the time. I kept passing him when I was getting the bags, and then as I exited the ally one time, he entered and then when I got back, I saw he just dropped it on that corner :/

Question from a Californian. Why is there a distinct lack of garbage bins?! We definitely deal with litter and garbage here in the bay area, but all public parks & walkways have plenty of bins to toss your stuff away, just something I've noticed watching these videos. Keep up the good work Chilli!

Most of this rubbish is created by smack heads and piss heads. There definitely should be more bins, but I doubt it would make that much difference. They'd probably be more likely to be set on fire lol

Here in Austin Texas our parks department is REMOVING trash bins as part of a zero-waste initiative along trails. I may be missing something but it seems it results in more trash going into the bushes and waterways. Texas is trashy as well, no surprise. Beaches are appallingly covered with trash

@marie_84 Where did I say it was an excuse? I clearly said there should be more bins but, unfortunately, in that area they'd be replacing them every other week. Chilli had the bin he made set on fire. I'm not sure why you're getting so bent out of shape over an innocuous comment I made 5 months ago. Nothing I said was false or an excuse. Unfortunately you can't educate pork and the sort of people who are littering down there wouldn't care if there was a bin every 10 feet. More bins, in this instance, is not the solution.

Get yourself a bike, that you can attach some kind of wagon to it, so you can pile up as much trash as ya can.
