As a person that finds comfort in food, there's a lot of emotional things that go into being overweight. Once I went to therapy and faced those things.. and worked to change them for the better... THEN it was as simple as calories in vs calories out. I think once people face the phycological component of weight, things will change. Willpower in the moment isn't sustainable.
