What is a dub-over? Switch used overdubbing just like most every other group in the last 60 years. They certainly did that when it came to vocals. Bobby can't sing leads and backgrounds at the same time so yes, they overdubbed. Further, this is a total lip sync to the original track. Switch was and is RIDICULOUSLY talented but you took things about fifty steps too far. LOL!

God really blessed the DeBarge children with heavenly voices... I think about their personal story and how they were treated so badly by their biological father and how each of them struggled with drug abuse trying to cope with the abuse from childhood/adolescence. May God free each of them that are still alive and continue to remind them of His love and gift of song.

I've been in love with Switch and Bobby Debarge for over three decades. Their songs are classics. Bobby Debarge was not only a very sexy man, but his voice could make me melt. His voice is absolutely magnificent. His range was incredibly superior to his brother El and most other falsetto singers with the exception of Phillip Bailey of EWF. Even though El has great range in his falsetto, Bobby's voice was as smooth as butter on a hot biscuit, effortlessly flowing from his golden pipes. Just thinking about his voice and incredible range is giving me goosebumps all over. The man was definitely one of the greatest falsetto crooners of all time. He will truly be missed. Two years ago looking up Bobby's story and how it affected El, just touched me and made me sad. I think I replayed all of Bobby's songs like over 10 times....

Bobby DeBarge story brought me here! Great music. I remember roller skating to this; the lights went dim and everybody cozied up to their teen love, awwww...good ole days. Now gone.

I never knew this family’s tragedies until today but I was blessed to come up in their era of music and had their albums drinking my little wine and club pina colodas and dime bags of weed!

Bunny was the best. She should have been the lead singer of Debarge. Girly men sounding like women....no.

Their best song, the beginning of this song is dope, but at 3:00---that part is just, hmmm. "Please come over here, let me whisper somethin in ur ear...I'll say sumthin good to u, that you've always wanted to hear"...go on then!😍
