What is wrong with our society...Allow institutions to work. What kind of argument of Dr Okoe Boye making. Is it just for personal praise or you really want to help our institutions? Look at the level of indiscipline even with laws to guide us. If you want to amend laws, fine, follow that path but disregard the laws and see if we will even have a Country. I am so disappointed...
