If u r buying for investment purpose then wapda. And khayaban Khyber is best option in this market. Coz rest of area is to much expensive.. i buy 2 plots in khayaban Khyber for 3 4 long purpose investment. Also planning to buy in palm city which is on instalment.

I think u should go for 7 marla. Its feel like 10 marla home. Rates in wapda town 7 marla is round about 27 to 33 lakh for 7 marla. Regi model town zone 2 and 5 rate for 5 marla come in this range. But the issue is when government wll start work on thses sectors. U can buy 5 marla in dha but the sectors which have 5 marla is still not complete DEVELOPED u wll wait for it. My personal opinion i wll go for dha or regi... but u want to construct home then best option is wapda town. Specially if u r from city side. It suits you... peshawar garden and alharm and city town. Is to much expensive. While muslim town is not good it is conjusted..
