Hahaha..... smells like a cover up... clothes are conveniently displayed and pictured as if in a shop, the investigation focuses on her escape (via CCTV) but nothing about their entry into the compound. The name of the suspect is known but you give an age range. Since the suspect in question is a minor, it introduces a technicality. By the way, while the suspect is struggling to jump over the wall, there is one person visibly seen through the window of the building - how come they don't notice any unusual activity outside and raise an alarm? One could ask a million questions but this feels like the usual circus prepared for a gullible public. The answer to this gruesome murder lies somewhere else - his workplace.
