WaPo columnist David Ignatius says the Biden campaign needs to make the election all about Trump

This statement by the esteemed Mr. Ignatius is emblematic of the ever-changing narrative surrounding Donald Trump. Both Trump and his supporters bemoan the fact that he is being forced off the campaign trail and is being made to sit in a courtroom all day by the judge. Trump's critics were also enjoying the spectacle of him sitting in the courtroom, alternately agitated and somnolent depending on the what was going on at the moment. Now, Biden supporters are saying that their cause is being hurt by Trump NOT being allowed to campaign and speak freely. Their logic is that they need him to be outrageous and unpresidential to remind voters why he is unfit for the White House. Uh, okay. Then then tell the judge to free him from the courtroom if you really believe that. I don't think they do.
