The attitude that Waheen khan exhibits, is in my opinion the root cause of why this team can’t perform... his entire focus is on attitude of the public towards the game instead of the game per say. Look at the last 3 years - and then ask for patience from public ... This country has produced some incredible cricketers .. it needs well intentioned administrators asap to get this team back on track. Otherwise in another year or so so, cricket will only exist as a nice memory for “Pakistan’s awam”..

Misbah and Waqar teamed up to eliminate sarfaraz who was the only candidate recommended by Imran Khan . Waqar never like him and with Misbah he found a partner to full fil his anti -Sarfaraz sentiments. he was sidelined in the World Cup 2015 by Waqar ( full of bias) , they were NOT talking to each other. With strong criticism from world commentators , Sarfaraz was included and Pakistan won their first game in WC 2015. Sarfaraz is world class wicket keeper , Jawed Miandad was very furious because Sarfaraz was removed on personal vendetta , may be because he was getting all the compliments on excellent wicket keeping. Nothing to do with impatience. When you are paid to do a job then you need to see some effort. Waqar Younis & Misbah ul Haq are coaches. I did not see anything from them to see a good strategy is being applied or the batsman or bowlers showing better discipline in their skills. There was nothing which showed that the coaches had applied good strategy even with simple things such as field placements. Even the coaches are being paid to show performance.
