महाराज और 200 से 400 बीघे जमीन के जमीदारों/ भूस्वामी/राजा की प्रॉपर्टी की भी जांच होनी चाहिए ये अधिकतर बंजर भूमि या सरकारी भूमि है जो इनके परिवारी जनों ने कब्जाई है। कोई कमाकर यहां तक कि गवर्नमेंट की टॉप नौकरी से भी 200/400 बीघे जमीन या प्रॉपर्टी का मालिक नही हो। ये सब अवैध है। ये सरकारी संपत्ति है छीन कर गरीबों में बांटना चाहिए जो अधिकांशतः ब्राह्मण/ क्षत्रीय के पास है।
