But the clause should be disputed land should to accessible by the person disputing and not waqf board till court hearing comes. Bw9we know how fast courts work in India.. In Tamilnadu, Muslims claimed some mountains belong to Waqf properties and built a Mosque there, Congress, DMK & ADMK political parties need Muslim votes so they didn't bother when Muslims built Mosque in Thiruparankundram hills at Madurai and Mosque at Pallavaram hills, besides this Wafq is claiming 480 Acres of land as their property near Trichy, these are few examples of Waqf violation in Tamilnadu.
