The construction yard and the agency buildings only pop out more things for folks to kill when hitting your base. But, you don't need to kill those extra buildings, etc. to get a 1,2, or 3 star.

You can up grade the turrets 5 lvls before you do the Def lab.

it is if you have time to spam events, they just throw them at you with 1 days rest between each. And you need t research every event if a uni is good or not if you dont have time.
