Okay I am going to say it, I don't like the unit patrol option personally because I normally have 99% of my base defenders in the exact spot I want them to defend my base and if honest if I see a player using the patrol option I rub my hands together knowing it's normally an easier base.

I wouldn't set all my units to use this, but I have always wanted this option. I could see it being good for multiple reasons, not the least of which is hiding units and units that have trouble hitting moving targets.
