I use a level one Gravedigger, Rosie and 4 Stalkers and they whoop all of the Skirmish bases Officer set and Recruit set for free map repair, I wasn't even trying that hard.
The Gravedigger is a free Thorium build once you unlock it Commanders.

its reduces the range and speed of units 25% like the dark storm does
