Nice fleet battle, open a few bottles of sake for the Zero escorts of the afternoon strike, despite their low numbers they got a lot of strike planes into the target. Both fleet carriers in the closer fleet should be out of action as far as air opersations are concerned, leaving only the CV(s) of the more distant fleet. Without seeing the damage on the Japanese ships and overall plane losses it is difficult to say, would still say advantage Japan with two US carriers out of action.

I can't tell how many carriers you brought with you, but it looks like you didn't bring overwhelming force. I'm surprised you didn't knowing that the Americans were previously operating in the area, and you know ASUROB likes to hold Fiji.
