Yes, through oot the spare clothes (if hot country)and all gadgets,bin multiples of things ie ,knife ,torch first aid you only need one of each kept on your vest ,lbe ,daypack etc, if in cold , one warm jacket for night stags,then fill Bergen with snugeries (sweets)super Noddle, biscuits,yorkies ,milk sachets and finally a square of shag pile carpet as an added luxury

Wow I really got a rush listening to you explaining your gear. I'm an old guy and was in Southeast Asia in the 60's.I did three tours. Our equipment wasn't as good back then as yours but we made do . Special Forces had a way of getting it done with no matter what we had.I feel for you and your people and I wish God may bless you and all of your family. For blisters, please get yourselves a roll of Leukotape. It’s skin specific, waterproof & will stay in permanently until you remove it. Stops blister hot spots dead in their tracks and is an excellent bandage tape to keep wounds protected and protect against abrasion. Do NOT use on sensitive areas (groin, inner thighs, etc). Stay safe out there.
