A much-needed buff? Everyone in the show, right down to Vander, is constantly talking about how Piltover is so powerful and how they can't be beat. The fact that they were able to maintain their control over the undercity for 200 years does nothing if not prove this must be true, at least to a certain extent. It is difficult for me to imagine how they could possibly "need" yet more power, when the show establishes them as the more powerful faction right off the gate - now armed with Hextech to boot. I think the example you brought up is just an oversight by the writers.

I disagree with your sentiment about Ambessa will be the entire influence over Piltover. She might, but there's a major factor that is a major consideration to take in. Even if the missile wipes out most of the Council aside from Viktor, Jayce, and Mel, Mel and Viktor would be factors that make Jayce want to stand down and manage peace despite the situation, and Ambessa's constant pestering for war wouldn't be enough to really push it over the edge. Who would be the one to cause the war? Lore spoilers, I've dug a bit to assess season 2 better. Season 2 Predictions: - Who's going to push war and force it into the brink of war? Camille Ferros, as her clan was mentioned in Season 1, Episode 2. Camille is going to be Season 2's Sevika, and Sevika plays as a contrast. Camille is definitely going to be Piltover Elite at its worst right after we've already seen Piltover Elite at its best. - Camille is an espionage master, and excells at assassination and is known as the "Steel Shadow," and ascertains information masterfully. She would see right through Ambessa and see that Ambessa is gunning for Hextech, because she's afraid of Mel's brother's murderer. - Sevika is the war dog who immediately militarizes Zaun and aims to protect her society. She'd know Jinx murdered Silco, so Jinx would be a target of Zaun. The first Season 2 Act may be centered around Camile and Sevika pushing for war as there are several raids and battles in different areas, areas where major players have prime time to interact and grow such as Jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, Ekko, Jayce, Camille, Viktor (post-transformation), Warwick/Vander, Ambessa, Sevika, Heimerdinger (possibly? I wonder what his arc will be), and Renni (it was confirmed that she has an experimental Chemtank suit reserved only for her use, so she'll be using some sort of advanced version of the Zaunite weaponry used in Episode 8). These are the only solid predictions I have on how season 2 progresses.

Ella Purnelll and the last teaser gave away too much. Ella said season 2 will be devastating for everybody. 🤨💥 and the teaser has Jinx say “ I’m glad it’s you, it had to be you”. 😵‍💫 why have that line in the teaser 🤔. That tells me Jinx dies from Vi. I did not want them to kill off Jinx. Oh well.

Yeah, it kinda sucks feeling like we have been spoiled. I guess that is their way of preparing us? I hate it, though. I am hoping those statements are just to rile up the fans. I doubt it. They will kill Jinx off because that makes Cait and Vi the heros. To predictable. I feel I will be disappointed in season 2. Out of everyone, Jinx is the only one I care about the creators killing off.

@@NOONEASKED-cu4dt In the game Jinx is the only one who could outwit Vi and Get away. Also Vi was not afraid of anything the exception of Jinx,due to her unpredictability. I mean Jinx/Powder had suicidal thoughts. If the decide to kill off the face of LOL, I would hope they would have an after credit scene where we see Jinx's purple eyes open up before fading to black. I love Jinx because at one point in my life I went through some trauma,but overcame it due to being surrounded by the right people. Jinx can not die,it would be a sad end to a sad life. Even though she did get unconditional love from Silco of all people. Silco was willing to go to prison to keep Jinx safe and willing to give up his dream for the sake of Jinx. Keeping in mind Silco had his own abandonment trauma and that is why Vi posed a threat to him losing Jinx. Jinx is so relatable, I hope they decide to go down a different route than killing Jinx off. Have Jinx disappear like Rambo in a forest. Have everyone believe she is dead when she is not.

Great predictions! Enjoyed your vid. Look forward to your next vid! My S2 wish list: Jinx & Ekko - meetup not for a fight but for a reconciliation, then Jinx betrays him. (I know it won’t happen but I wish for romance between them) Jinx and Victor - meetup or collab, sharing science info, ideally they team up fight against Piltover similar to Vi & Jayce Jinx & Vi - the long awaited fight but also a team of some sort to fight off a common enemy (maybe Warwic) Somewhat of a redemption arc for Jinx leading to her death by saving Vi by either enemy or taking her own life. But if she doesn’t die she flies off to a new land with her sky ship. Vi & Caitlyn - their romance will happen but after some rocky times. They team up together, maybe with Jayce to fight against the chem barons. Can’t see Jayce and Vi fighting.

I'm totally with you on that one! I've seen jinx shipped with a random made up female character way more than with ekko, (3 to 1) which, if it is a general thing, is completely crazy to me. Lore wise and chemistry wise it makes so much sense.

What about the possibility of seeing Renata Glasc in season 2? I mean, if they decide to incorporate her, and there are a few theories that she might be actually Sevika. They've already changed a few of the lore of the characters in the game, so it wouldn't be surprising if they fuse Sevika and Renata in one. They look SO MUCH alike, same prosthetic, close to the same height, and Renata OR Sevika might me a fake name to keep anonymous? Sevika would need to hide for a while, so what's better than a new identity? I feel like she'd take Renata's route simply because she has the empire of Silco to start with, so I can see her going on the more manipulative route, its not like we didn't see her use it before
