Dragon Slayer 2 is the perfect loveletter to Runescape in general. Wonderful quest with an oldschool feel but still fresh with really difficult bosses and truly epic moments. That menu theme moment during the ridiculous agility check is absolute peak RS

Dragon Slayer 2 is one of my favorite quests in the game, no doubt. The ending where you run along the destroyed boats and fight the dragons is so cool, all while the most iconic pieces of music in the game plays over it. Such an amazing set piece. HOWEVER... It really counters how climactic it's supposed to be when you keep falling off agility obstacles... Add more dragons to fight as you cross to each ship and make the obstacles infallible...

J1mmy! To make tele tabs you use a bracelet of clay and mine the clay in rimmington. Move your house to rimm, ofc. Never fill buckets for clay, always use a sapphire bracelet for an entire inventory of soft clay!!!! For money, you should always be doing some orbs to profit from varrock dailies. Them staves add up MASSIVELY when you do them every day. One week you might not spend a single gp while you train skills like farming and thieving, but you will have made almost a mill worth of alchables. Thats a spare mill on top of what you are making next week, and the week after. Mine sandstone, grow giant seaweed. Or do your bert daily. The only grind is a short while making runes and running to the obelisk.

Doesn't the part where you're jumping from ship to ship play Scape Main in the background? When I did the quest, that was the moment that sent chills down my spine. Doing one of the biggest quests in the game with the game's theme song in the background just sends the atmosphere up 1000 notches. Understand the frustration though with all the agility failing. Also, I managed to acquire a quest cape a few nights ago, it's my first cape of accomplishment. Here's to quests!

So to explain Dragonkin lore; They originally lived outside of Gielnor until they were attacked and enslaved by the Elder God Jas to essentially become the guardians of her Conduit which is an Elder Artifact. If anyone, and I mean anyone, other than the Elder Gods utilizes the Elder Artifact, the Dragonkin feel stupidly high amounts of pain and suffering which causes them to become enraged and empowered to hunt and brutally murder the "False user". To put it into perspective, a small group of Dragonkin 3v1'd the Mahjarrat Lucien while he had the Stone and the Staff of Armadyl and even some of the Gods were like; "Yeah don't fuck with them." So the life-long goal of the Dragonkin is to break this enslavement curse they have. Some, like the Nodon, try to sleep it away while continuing their lives in a dream world. Some just live their lives normally as the Elders are long-dormant and the Stone was hidden away for ages after the God Wars. However others, like the ones in OSRS and a few like Kerapac, would rather fight the Elders and break the curse themselves. They created Dragons and Dragon Armor/Weapons (Named Orikalkum officially in Lore) and used all sorts of different experiments with various genetics to find a cure and rally against the Elder Gods.
